Valeria currently serves as a board director at Pharcon, Canada, board director of CryoPraxis, BioNKc, CellPraxis, Brazil, being responsible for Business Strategy and Partnering, and supports Quata Confidence Capital as a Healthcare investment expert. Valeria is also a co-founder of Forta Bio, a next generation DNA/RNA Aptamer-oligo therapeutics company in California, focused on Orphan Oncology and Immunology. She is a co-founder of Jivita Bio Revive, a Peptides-for-Longevity biotech in California, a founder of Emerging Technologies Analytics, a partnering organization, focused on Rare diseases, Immuno-oncology, and Cell&Gene therapies.

Dr. Povolotsky holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology (Odessa Medical School), followed by postdoctoral research at Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel, Department of Biological Chemistry, under supervision of Pr. Meir Shinitzky, with further executive education at Harvard Law School, Boston, (Business Negotiation under Pr.
